This 60-minute heated practice is suitable for beginners and intermediates. You’ll be guided through a safe and instructional class with just the right dose of challenge to let you leave feeling energized. Modifications will be presented for beginners, while allowing the intermediate practitioners to feel the full benefits of their class.
A spicier version of the DAMA 60, is the DAMA FLOW 60. This one-hour class is filled with flowing sequences, matching breath to movement in what’s know as a Vinyasa style class. Our certified teachers all come with a unique library of sequences making no two classes the same. Be ready to get your sweat on! As a level 2 class, this is not suitable for beginners that are new to exercise. This class is however a great challenge for individuals that currently have an active lifestyle but new to the yoga practice.
DAMA’s version of Power Flow, this 60 or 90-minute class offers not only a physical challenge but a mental one too. Be prepared to get upside down, explore the edge of your comfort zone and try new postures. Only our advanced teacher trainers will offer level 3 classes to help you deepen your practice in a safe environment. Not suitable for beginners.
Create more space in your mind and bring ease into your movements with long held floor postures that relax the muscles and target the deep connective tissues of the body. Yin yoga is a grounding and meditative practice and a beautiful way to balance an active life or Yang style yoga practice. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, and sometimes even longer. This is suitable for all levels, especially those who want to increase their flexibility. We offer 60 and 90 minute practices.
