Graduated in Sciences from Concordia University and the University of Montreal, Carine has worked for more than 10 years in the field of scientific research before devoting herself, since 2012, to the teaching of yoga and the practice of Osteopathy.Methodical in nature, her increased knowledge in human physiology, functional anatomy and biomechanics of movement fuel each of her classes. For Carine, the vehicle that constitutes the body is an excellent tool in order to meet the Self. By bringing a bodily consciousness into alignment, all the spheres of our existence naturally tend towards harmony.Her gentleness, her intuition and her exceptional sensitivity make her a teacher dedicated to the well-being of everyone and able of guiding you on the avenues of a profound transformation / healing.
