When I started practicing yoga I fell in love with the practice and became a teacher to allow me to share this wonderful philosophy with the world around me and inspire people to be the best of themselves.I did a 200-hour course in the Sacred Valleys of Peru in 2015 with School Yoga Institute. An intensive month surrounded by mountains and shamans that allowed me to discover more about life, about myself and discover more about my passion, yoga.In my classes I find it important to find the balance between the physical side and the spiritual side of yoga. To make my students feel the union between breathing and movement, moving from a seated meditation to a moving meditation. A flow that makes the physical body work as well as the mental body.

NAMASTE.
