Tatiana has been fascinated by the multiplicity of expression of human genius in various fields, including environmental sciences, psychology, philosophy, theatre and dance, holistic health and nutrition. She discovered Hatha Yoga in 2005, and has been experimenting with different approaches for the last 10 years. It is in 2014 that she finally decides to get her first Hatha Yoga certification with her teacher Mylène Roy, accredited by Yoga Alliance, as she is willing to go further and share yoga teachings with others.
With a great interest in anatomy and alignment, as well as a love of rhythm, she creates fluid sequences that build balance, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility. Always in the service of her clients’ needs, she ensures safety above all else in a fun and a relaxed environment.
Currently enrolled in a 100h of restorative and yin yoga training with Yoga Bhavana in Montreal, Tatiana has been adding more skill under her belt to offer a multitude of adaptations and make the practice truly accessible to all.
